Stages of application:

1. Preparation work – demolition of destroyed (corroded) surface areas till reaching to a healthy concrete;
2. Removal of dust, paint, cement film;
3. Application of the composition HEP-Beton-Protect on the surface track .
4. Depending on the preferences, you can just impregnate the surface layer of concrete, or create a decorative film.

Applied coating provides for: 

1. Two to three times hardening of the surface layer of the concrete;
2. Improved crack resistance;
3. Improved shock resistance;
4. Sealing, waterproofing and hydro-phobisation;
5. Impermeability to water, chlorides and salts;
6. High resistance to aggressive environments;
7. Higher resistance to alternating loads;
8. Improved frost resistance.

The applied coating is fire and smoke resistant, non-toxic after polymerisation. The composition can be applied onto concrete with humidity up to 20%.
