Защита на фасади

We offer two methods of protection of a facade of a building against external factors.

The first method (B) is suitable for damaged surface layer of the façade – destruction of concrete, bricks, plaster, wood or any other porous covering material. By using this method we preliminary harden the surface layer of the facade by reinforcing compositions. 

There are several steps to be taken beforehand.

1. The facade is cleaned from dirt, concrete peels, precipitated salts;
2. The facade is hardened by applying a layer of the single-component colorless composition HEP-Impregnator or a layer of the two-component colourless composition HEP-Concrete Protect until obtaining full saturation.
3.  No later than 4 hours after drying, the colorless hydrophobisator HEP-Stone has to be applied on the surface. The hydrophobisator HEP-Stone does not change the color of the facade and possesses a high degree of resistance to ultraviolet irradiation.

   he colour of the facade can be immediately refreshed using a two-component composition HEP-Concrete Protect, which can be bought tinted in any color.

The second method (A) is suitable for building facades in good condition and no structural damage. The steps to taken are as follows:

1. Only cleaning the facade from dirt and dust is required by washing it with water;
2. On the clean surface the hydrophobisator HEP-Stone has to be applied. 
3. The hydrophobisator impregnates well the porous surface and does not change the color of the façade. 
4. Reliable protection of the surface of the facade against external agents is obtained.
