Wear-Resistant Floors
Depending on the requirements, several types of coatings can be created:
- De-dusting. Provided by impregnating the concrete floor with composition HEP-Impregnator avoiding skin formation. Impregnated concrete layer is hardened, sealed, de-dusted. The processed floors do not absorb water, salts, oils, easily cleaned. They are fire-resistant and anti-corrosive.
- Thin-film coatings. To obtain a beautiful gloss finish, 2-3 applications of the composition HEP-Concrete Protect on the concrete are necessary. The colour of the coating can be adjusted according to the table RAL. It is applicable for car parks, industrial buildings and warehouses.
- The coating is harmless after polymerisation . To improve the chemical and UV resistibility of the coating an additional layer of the composition HEP-Concrete Protect must be applied on top.
