Anti-Fungal Coating

Fungus pores formed on walls, ceiling and other surfaces are very dangerous for human health. Occupying such premisses is not recommended for children, adults and all those people suffering from asthma. The perfect environment for growth of mould are sweat walls. There are various agents that cause dampness, but the result stays the same – bad appearance and increased health risk for people inhibiting the premisses.

Surface treatment with the fungicide HEP-Fungi will not only get rid of existing fungi, mould, mildew, termites, etc., but also prevent their formation in the years ahead.

Fungicidal coating is a green liquid of low viscosity which is intended to prevent moistening of porous surfaces, such as concrete, wood, plaster, etcThe main purpose of the impregnation is to destruct and to prevent development of fungal flora and mould on the treated surfaces.

The fungicide composition includes formulas that remove moisture from the pores. When applied on the surface, the anti-fungal composition penetrates the poresremoves moisture and destroys fungus, then it closes the pores on the surface and prevents from further penetration of moisture and mould spores.

The following steps are always followed when anti-fungal treatment is carried on:

  1. The anti-fungal coating may be applied on a dry as well on a wet surface. If a thick layer of fungal flora is already formed on the surface, it has to be removed mechanically before start of the treatment;
  2. The anti-fungal coating may be applied both on a dry or a wet surface;
  3. In two hours time HEP-Concrete Protect or hydrophobic HEP-Stone coating has to be applied on the same surface.
